Standard PC / Mac Repair Service
Computer not working right? Our Standard Repair Service includes hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to determine what is causing the problem and the plan of action to resolve it. Repair labor is typically additional, but is occasionally included depending on how involved and difficult the resolution is.
Virus & Malware Removal
Pop-ups, slow, freezing, warnings? Our Virus Removal service includes a thorough cleaning and removal of all virus, spyware, adware and other malware related infections. All security patches will be installed and Antivirus will be checked and updated. A free Operating System Tune-up is also included.
Operating System Tune-Ups
Computer running slow? Our OS Tune Up service includes optimization of the OS and installed software including identification and recommendations for enhancing system performance. All security patches will be installed, Antivirus will be checked and updated.
Data Backup / Transfer
Need your data moved to your new computer or backed up to an external drive? Our Data Backup / Transfer service includes up to 100GB of data, basic program installation and email configuration.
Data Recovery
Bad hard drive or accidental format? Our Data Recovery service includes recovering up to 100GB of customer data. We will make our best effort attempt at recovering your data, if we are not able to recover your data the fee still applies.
Laptop Screen Replacement
Laptop screen cracked? Our Laptop Screen Replacement service includes a full disassemble of your laptop, removal of the damaged screen and installation of a new screen.
Laptop DC Jack Replacement
Laptop won't charge or jack broken? Our Laptop DC Jack Replacement service includes a full disassemble of your laptop, de-solder the existing DC Jack and securely solder a new DC Jack in place. The replacement DC jack is included in the service fee.
Remote Helpdesk Service
For your convenience, we can likely take care of the majority or your concerns using our Remote Helpdesk Support tool. Our highly trained, competent technicians can provide you with remote support so you don't have to bring your computer in to us. Minimums apply.
Onsite In Home Service
Equipment set up, wireless installation or any other In Home needs? Our highly skilled friendly technicians can assist you directly in your home. Avoid the hassles of bringing your equipment in to us, we come to you! Minimums apply.
